We are still buzzing from our recent Festive Season Marketplace at the prestigious COS HQ, in London, alongside the incredible ADINKRA, Ca Blooms, Chalk Jewellery , EMOLYNE, and This Is Mi which saw fashion, beauty and lifestyle enthusiast mingle and shop hidden gems as well as celebrate craftsmanship and the artistry of the independent designer community.
ADINKRA London was founded by two Ghanaian Brits who are passionate about celebrating African culture. They use Adinkra symbols, which are Ghanaian symbols that represent aphorisms, to tell their story. ADINKRA London’s designs are elegant and refined, and they aim to showcase the best of African culture to the world.
Malaika is the designer behind Chalk Jewellery, she devises collections from a fusion of her experiences and the vibrant patterns that adorn diverse cultures around the world. Each piece is a labour of love, meticulously crafted to embody the perfect balance between form and function. Unconventional shapes and colours collide resulting in wearable art that tells its own story.
Emolyne is a beauty brand that creates makeup that celebrates every ethnicity, gender, age, and lifestyle. They have an exciting edit of lipsticks, lip liners, and nail lacquers that are all available in the same 30 matching colours. This way, you can always find the perfect shade for your look.
CA BLOOMS LTD sells handcrafted luxury home fragrances and hair care products. Their home fragrance range includes reed diffusers, candles, and room sprays. Their hair care range includes hair & scalp oils and hair butters.
Esther is the founder and illustrator of This Is Mi, a nod to her Caribbean Heritage. She creates artwork with minimal and bold bright color palettes, featuring people who are underrepresented. This Is Mi sells contemporary cards and prints that reflect her kids, family, and friends.
This unforgettable experience saw an innovative collection of brands, that place a strong emphasis in artistry and inclusion, showcase breathtaking jewellery, exquisite accessories, empowering inclusive beauty, inspiring artwork and bespoke home scents which ensured every corner of the event exuded luxury in the heart of the building’s atrium.
