How you will contribute

  • Support the Brand Expansion team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties for the department (ie. request forms, industry news, etc.)
  • Support the Brand Expansion team on all samples coordination, shipping and logistics needs for VIP requests (ie. samples qualitative check, VIP fittings and events preparations, archiving, etc.)
  • Assist the Brand Expansion team in the coordination of all leadup preparations to key events (ie. shows, etc.)
  • Assist the Brand Expansion team with the management of gifting initiatives and relevant stock
  • Assist the Brand Expansion team with reporting and imagery research of talent dressings

    • Who you are?

  • Successful or ongoing studies in Communication, Marketing, Media or related
  • Knowledge of Fashion GPS is a plus
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork and good relational skills
  • Good time management skills
