JOB MISSION
To craft the most exceptional experiences and stories for the Moet Hennessy portfolio of Maisons delivered across traditional PR, events, digital, social media and influencer strategy ensuring our brands sit at the heart of relevant culture.
Develop and implement the annual communications plan for Ruinart, Armand De Brignac, Glenmorangie, Ardbeg, Hennessy.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
STRATEGY
Reporting into the Head of Communications and Culture, the role requires senior connection to a broader network, both internally (with Maisons, brand teams, On and Off Trade teams, trade marketing) as well as externally (journalists, influencers, communities, opinion leaders, agencies, amongst others).
COMMUNICATION CULTURAL / EVENTS / INFLUENCE
Work in tandem with relevant Brand Teams to develop and implement annual communications plan
In line with Maison DNA/objectives demonstrate a creative vision to deliver stories, events and impact for brands with desired consumer
Develop, recommend, and implement new ideas to continuously grow PR coverage in line with brand values
Demonstrate a clear opinion on influencer strategy and how to apply to MH Maisons within the UK
Demonstrate an excellent network of media, industry and influential contacts
Demonstrate a knowledge of culture and trends and how to connect brands relevantly
Manage external communications agencies and be the key stakeholder for external/internal management – including Trade and Specialist Wines & Spirits agencies
Manage Maison stakeholders conveying the communications plan for each brand in UK in effectively
Review and evaluate PR delivery and performance
Excellent co-ordination and event management skills to deliver press trips, tastings and wider brand events
Support events coordination across all brands with brand teams and external agencies

Engage lifestyle press with re-brand of whisky house Glenmorangie with immersive event
Continue to nurture the cultural networks and establish messaging for Armand De Brignac
Hennessy rare boutique opening at Harrods, target UHNWI for all collaborations for Hennessy Paradis and above
Hennessy x NBA partnership and management of music postcode UK strategy
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
LANGUAGES
Fluent in English. French is a plus.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES AND KNOW-HOW
Five years communications & PR experience minimum – ideally in luxury/culture/premium wines & spirits
Professionally connected with strong ‘black book’
Media savvy – demonstrate a clear understanding of the rapidly changing media and digital environment
Fully proficient in all aspects of communications and PR
Great communicator and motivator to achieve collaborative success
PERSONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Be a collaborative team player who is happy leading with initiative and rising to potential opportunities
Demonstrate a creative mindset and deliver messages with humility
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written in English
TECHNICAL AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Ability to develop, implement and evaluate communications plans
Experience in pitching and briefing media contacts
Ability to manage external and internal stakeholders
Develop technical knowledge of wines and spirits
