JOB DESCRIPTION
Team Zadrian + Sarah is looking for a motivated and passionate assistant to become their Business Operations Manager to join our team in Notting Hill. Working within a busy celebrity and private client styling team, this role will be ideal for an organized and savvy candidate with an administrative assistant background and an interest in applying those skills in the fashion space; or an experienced fashion assistant looking to merge styling with studio operations. They are looking for a junior assistant eager to contribute to the smooth running of a fast-paced styling team.
Any candidate would report directly to the Business Operations Manager as well as working closely to support the studio’s co-founder Sarah Edmiston, who heads up the personal styling division of the business. His or her primary responsibilities will include supporting with all preparation for private client fittings; including booking, logistics, managing store and brand contracts/relationships, scheduling, and expense tracking.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and will pride themselves on their efficiency, ability to multi-task, time management skills, and attention to detail. This role would be particularly suitable for someone interested in strengthening their skills on the business side of fashion, given that although there may be an opportunity to get involved with pulling for private clients and supporting in private client fittings, the bulk of job responsibilities will be administrative. Zadrian + Sarah welcomes any candidates that understand as a small team, they often work across several job roles, and that allows for an opportunity to pitch-in and take on new responsibilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
– Supporting our Business Operations Manager
– Maintaining studio supplies
– Preparing for private client fittings through booking models and tailors
– Arranging and booking sample returns and collections
– Filling out contracts
– Managing brand and store relationships
– Collating receipts and keeping track of billing
– Sourcing items for clients
– Pulling samples for fittings
– Researching and working on boards for consulting and clients
