The Omnichannel CRM Intern will have the opportunity to contribute to our team and gain valuable hand-on experience in the field of Clienteling. This role will have invaluable exposure to the strategies, tools and practices that drive customer engagement and business growth. Being part of the CRM team, the intern will contribute to data management, events reporting and targeting campaigns, collaborating with cross functional partners in Retail, eCommerce, Marketing & Communications, and Merchandising. Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and optimizing CRM reports to provide insights on customer behavior
  • Gain hands-on experience with CRM platforms
  • Support the team in analyzing client data to identify opportunities of engagement and to enhance client retention
  • Assist in creating targets for client engagement campaigns for the stores
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities to expand your knowledge of CRM best practices
  • Contribute to the planning and preparation of client events and animations
  • Collaborate in tracking the CRM budget
  • Support other CRM-related tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a four-year college or university entering their senior year

  • Graduate student currently enrolled in a degree program

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Interest in luxury goods/fashion and in one of the functions listed above

  • Ability to work in our NYC Soho headquarters

  • Ability to work full-time, 3-4 days/week

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Google docs platform

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • CDC guidelines and the Moncler Health & Safety Protocol must be observed throughout the program

This is a paid internship based in our New York City (Soho) headquarters. Housing is not provided
