Boutique Fashion & Lifestyle PR agency is looking for a Junior Account Executive with a genuine interest in fashion, media and social. Working across accounts they will be responsible for placing coverage, sourcing leads, ensuring that requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Keeping assets filed and having the ability to create pitches and sell in to editorial.
They will be reporting into AM and supporting across the team through to CEO.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
Building and delivering client comms proposals, in line with the wider brand marketing strategy
Executing client comms strategies and support the team wherever needed
Proactively and reactively pitching to media
Dealing with media enquiries quickly and effectively
Drafting press releases and materials
Working across various clients to support the team during the peak holiday season
Manage client coverage and reporting to stakeholders
Preparing Monthly Reports
Contribute to media monitoring and sourcing opportunities for our brands
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Ideally, you will have 1+ years experience at Press Assistant level of working with a variety of luxury to high street fashion brands. You will have the ability to take a proactive, strategic approach to idea generation and able to quickly develop strong client and team relationships.
You will be organised and have a ‘can do’ approach, working across several clients, paired with strong press and influencer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with editorial and agent contacts, as well as digital communities (publications and influencers)
● Ensure continuous high levels of product placement in the media through effective pitching and sample coordination between stylists and press
● Manage all sample call backs, price and image requests with media
● Work closely with the Brand and Marketing teams to proactively identify and engage with talent spanning all sectors (fashion, art, music etc.)
● Compile and regularly update celebrity/VIP gifting lists to ensure talent are always on brand and culturally relevant ahead of launches
● Update and manage VIP/influencer gifting document for reporting purposes
● Assist with all celebrity and VIP requests
● Build mailers and compile trend copy and press releases, pitching such assets to media
● Monitor media and celebrity/VIP/influencer sightings on a day-to-day basis, compiling and circulating coverage reports to the business accordingly
● Maintain the global contact database
● Develop close relationships with all relevant stakeholders (clients)
● Provide general support to the PR and Marketing teams
Essential Skills & Requirements:
● One year of experience working in a busy press office or agency across the fashion, lifestyle or creative industries
● A strong interest in fashion and youth culture including a passion for current digital trends and social channels
● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
● The ability to forge strong relationships
● Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
● The ability to contribute fresh and innovative ideas
● Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
